UNIONLINE - Put 0300 333 0303 in your phone now!
UnionLine was established by the GMB and CWU unions to provide a broad range of legal services to their members. Our aim is to provide the first line of support to members for any legal need.
We provide legal services to members throughout Britain, working with selected specialist panel firm partners to provide local and specialist support for employment and personal injury claims where needed.
We also work closely with union officers to make sure members get the best support from both UnionLine and their union. As well as personal injury and employment claims we also provide advice to members on a broad range of issues.
Make your personal injury claim with UnionLine and we won’t make a deduction from your damages when we win. Most law firms are now charging their clients 25% of the damages awarded. They may advertise a “no win no fee” service but that does not mean that if you do win there’s no fee, so beware!
UnionLine is a leading personal injury firm which has been launched to provide a first rate service to injured victims of non-fault accidents – whatever the injury, however complex the claim.
We exist to defend the rights of the injured or mistreated and will never act for insurance companies, employers or large corporations. UnionLine is proud to act for those who need us the most, not those who are able to pay us the most.
Our lawyers are totally committed to securing the best possible outcome for clients in the shortest possible time and to supporting them every step of the way.
Accidents at work
UnionLine solicitors are experts in dealing with personal injury compensation claims for people who have suffered an accident during the course of their employment.
Injuries caused by accidents at work can happen in many different circumstances and vary greatly in severity from minor lacerations and broken bones to severe burns, amputations and sometimes sadly, fatalities.
When making a personal injury claim for compensation after an accident at work, it is important to choose an experienced solicitor as experience really can make a difference to the success or failure of your claim and also to the amount of compensation recovered.
At UnionLine, we have teams of specialist lawyers and solicitors who have an in-depth knowledge of the workplace regulations.
Our specialist personal injury lawyers will be happy to talk you through the process of making a claim in plain English and will be happy to answer any questions or queries you may have.
Our lawyers have extensive experience of all aspects of employment law and our expertise covers all areas of employment law and employment litigation. As part of your union membership your union funds us to provide their members with support and advice.
We work closely with your local union officials to ensure you receive the best advice possible relevant to your circumstances.
As well as providing legal support and advice within UnionLine we also work with a panel of expert union solicitors around the country to give local support, advice and representation where appropriate.
We provide employment law advice on a broad range of issues including:
